Job summary

The identified candidate will be responsible for providing daily support for human resources related projects.

Eligible candidates should be completing their degree requirements by Summer 2022 and are available to start working in August/September 2022.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on recruitment process and human resources formalities for new hires
  • Prepare employment contracts and any other HR related letters.
  • Set up and maintain personal files and records of the Bank’s employees in relation to recruitment, employment confirmation, transfers and termination except compensation and benefits-related matters.
  • Manage probation review as necessary in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct and co-ordinate reference check request for new hires; reply incoming reference check request for ex-staff.
  • Maintain human resources related reports including visa database and compile relevant reports and analysis.
  • Provide other ad-hoc, logistical and administrative support for the human resources activities in Hong Kong and the Region.
  • Answer employees’ routine human resources related enquiries.
