· To regularly build up a MNC clients target list.
· To have structured MNC client calling plans in place and have formulate client action plan
· To identify all potential opportunities for the bank and ensure cross-sell of products including ITB, Treasury, Trade, etc.
· To ensure proactive control over compliance with internal audit and regulatory audit recommendation.
· To ensure timely and good quality submission of proposals to the credit chain
· To ensure effective conversion of MNC prospects into clients.
To monitor allocated accounts for overdues etc. and provide inputs wherever required to the senior management to enable the bank to take proactive action
MBA or Chartered Accountant
· To grow the MNC franchise in and around New Delhi and in other cities of North India as per CACIB India’s MNC strategy
· To add new clients and grow business with existing clients of the bank
· To achieve assets and revenues target for the year, as agreed upon
· Cross sell other products of the bank including cash, treasury, trade & others.
· Ensure credit quality of the portfolio through regular interaction and analysis in coordination with the PCO teams.
