Job summary

Main Responsabilities:

Contribute to the design and delivery of Receivables & Supply Chain Finance products and solutions,
including the business plan and technical impacts: target customers, operational and technological requirements
and associated costs
- Identification and analysis of customer needs, participation to innovation initiatives, market intelligence
- Leading product-related projects for the Americas and contributing to cross-functional projects, as delegated
by the Global Head of RSF Channels
- Coordination of Front/Middle/Back, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance contributors as well as other product
managers such as RSF, Web banking, or other departments and entities of the Group for subjects related to
RSF Americas
- Possible interventions with clients to support the Origination team
- Contribution to calls for tenders by analyzing customer needs, IT/technology setup and ensuring the
connection between the different platforms and the customer's ERP
- Contribution to market and technological watch Interact with Product & Structuring team members in the Americas, ITB Front Officers, CAL&F (Group factoring
arm), other product managers (e.g. e-Trade, Trade Finance, Cash Management), and other support functions (IT,
OPS, RISK, FIN, etc.)
Responsible for RSF product documentation including:
- Product description, functionalities, settings, etc.
- Product documentation and membership/service use agreements (excl. pure transactional documentation)
- Internal "Product" and "Technology" approval committees (NAP & NSU)
Align with peers within the Trade Finance and Cash Management product teams on innovation, digitalisation
and acquisition channels.
Ensure external and internal training (Front, Middle and Back Office teams)

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

• Engineer background with a business orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


• Successful experience in managing projects in Agile mode (mastering one or more Agile frameworks).
• 6-8 years of experience ideally in the fields of RSF/Cash Management/Trade Finance

Required skills

• Perfect written and spoken French and English. Spanish would be an asset.

Technical skills required

• Conducting projects in Agile/Scrum mode

• Rigour in respecting procedures, commitments and deadlines with excellent organisational and time
management skills to cope with sometimes very tight deadlines
• Knowledge of banking products (Supply Chain Finance, Cash Management, Trade Finance, etc.)


Perfect written and spoken French and English required. Spanish would be an asset.
