Job summary

Main Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for product development in Singapore and South East Asia and works with country product managers in other Asia markets to consistently establish cash management capabilities where possible

  • Defines strategy for cash management capabilities in South East Asia, with a view to the ability to integrate through local partners where Credit Agricole CIB is not present

  • Contributes to strategic project to improve cash management offering in Asia

  • Manages country product acceptance process for Transaction Banking product

  • Closely works with middle and back office teams to implement best practice processes

  • Proposes enhancement roadmap to ensure competitiveness of Transaction Banking proposition in Singapore, in coordination with local sales, and works with country product managers to ensure consistency in the regional offer

  • Manages both internal and client piloting for country-specific implementation of new products and features in Singapore. Supports pilot for other markets where required

  • Proactively informs stakeholders of local market requirements and relevant regulatory developments, especially in Singapore

  • Provides training and support to commercial sales teams in country to put them in a better position to win new business

  • Monitors Transaction Banking product adoption and associated revenues in Singapore

  • Infuses best practice on cash management solutions and associated processes into organization

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Degree in related field

Level of minimal experience

11 years and more


▪ 8-15 years of cash management related experience in Transaction Banking
Regional or global experience covering multiple markets preferred
▪ Experience with cash management in South East Asian markets is a plus

Required skills

▪ Driven personality who is able to operate autonomously as both in-country and regional product manager but also is a team player when working with countries and global teams
▪ Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate requirements and product features
▪ Works in a structured way to ensure product development processes are executed in a sound and transparent manner
▪ Trains sales and coverage teams to sell our Transaction Banking products to clients
▪ Collaborates closely with both local stakeholders and international teams
