Position
Reporting to head of department, Technical Team Lead of Digital Factory development team is a motivated hands-on technical expert leading a group of project manager, developers and system analysts.
The Team is in charge of delivering business orchestration and business process management solutions to support the bank digital transformation.
Mission: On a portfolio of applications and transversal projects, you will propose, design, develop and document solutions while ensuring high level of quality. You will guarantee the alignment between users’ needs and products delivered (in-house solutions). Within a fully integrated team in Singapore, you will intervene during the entire project life cycle.
Main responsibilities
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Manage the team, develop expertise of people and promote cohesion and teamwork.
- Responsible for the delivery and management of a portfolio of systems / applications (escalation point for support, management of products & projects)
- Define the high level solution and estimation
- Collaborate with the involved stakeholders during functional and technical design phases in order to address needs with a high consideration for maintainability and reliability
- Supervise the project activities ensuring timely and high quality deliveries
Confront issues, manage schedules, priorities and risks involving all stakeholders. - In coordination with project teams, manage project lifecycle from inception, elaboration, construction until product release.
