Capital Markets IT Department (CMI)
The team is responsible for the development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users. "Run the bank" is the first mission of our CMI team.
Our agile IT professionals work tirelessly to ensure that daily business operations are timely executed and key activities are delivered within quality standards. We use ITIL & Lean methodologies customized to the Bank’s specificities to ensure consistent continuous improvement & accurate data flow across our systems.

Main Responsibilities
As a Support Analyst within the team, you will be put in-charge of handling IT support activities, while ensuring the good execution of business processes.
Having to work with business users, software engineers & fellow counterparts in Paris, it is vital to uphold clear and effective communication to ensure accurate delivery of product solutions to business’ needs.
You will provide insights and recommendations based on your understanding of support knowledge in applications dealing with domains such as regulatory reporting like MIFID, SFTR,EMIR etc.
Scope of Work
· Understand the business environment of transaction reporting for pre & post trade & their related user business processes.
· Understand the key concepts and methods of support functions within Credit Agricole CIB.
· Control & maintain healthy environment for the applications within scope.
· Provide Support Level 1 & Level 2 support with adequate quality of service.
· Propose Continuous Improvements to better ensure Business Users operational efficiency
· Be in the forefront of communications with business users & any stakeholder involved.

· Identify solutions & potential unwanted effects.

• Prior experience in Support Analyst role, working in an “Agile Delivery Environment”, awareness of software development procedures and/or knowledge of Support Methodologies,XML, DB, SQL queries and stored procedures query would be strong advantage.
