Job summary

PRIMARY FUNCTION:                   

Ideal candidate must have functional and technical knowledge of Bonds and Credit market.  Daily IT support of Murex application, project management and development.  Interpersonal skills are required as there is constant interaction with Front office and other departments.

Main Responsibilities:                 

  • Develop business requirements
  • Manage day-to-day application / user support group
  • Lead / assist in module testing / integration effort
  • Support firm compliance process

Required Skills:

  • Strong Functional knowledge of financial markets
  • Knowledge of Murex, murex workflow, datamart, etradepad, simulation
  • Strong In-depth knowledge (functional and technical) of TRACE
  • Pre- trade workflow knowledge
  • Knowledge of Bonds and Credit Market
  • Knowledge of Unix platform
  • Must have strong personality, logical and analytical skills
  • Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong organization skills

 

Qualification:

  • BS or higher degree in CS, MIS, EE, Mathematics or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in financial market support role
  • Experience in working with FO users
