Job summary

Summary:

U.S. GAAP accountant that is able to handle the timely and accurate submission of all U.S. regulatory reports required of an FBO.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Detailed review of all quarterly Call Reports before submission to the branches and regulatory agencies, i.e. the FFIEC 002 report.

·         Preparation of the following reports, FR2900, FR 2915, FR2420, FR2644, all TIC reports, FFIEC 019 Country risk reporting.

·         Prepare regulatory reports FRY 7 N, and FR Y 7NS reports.

·         Preparation of the following Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) reports, BE-12, BE-15, BE-125, BE-180, BE-185, and BE-605.

·         Ability to prepare U.S. GAAP adjusting entries to the various regulatory reports as needed.

·         Review all regulatory reports prior to submission to the regulatory agencies with management.

·         Respond to inquiries from local regulators regarding information reported.

·         Respond to the Branches and agencies request for information or supporting documentation with regards to their report filings and examinations.

·         Review and assess the impact of new and revised reporting requirements as they occur.

·         Perform periodic compliance and industry best practices review on all regulatory reports.

·         Liaise with various regulatory reporting industry groups to establish a Credit Agricole presence within the community.

·         Knowledge of AXIOM (updating with new reporting requirements and mappings)

·         Monitor all Legal Ratios and define legal lending limits for both Reg K and W.

·         Act as liaison between Paris and the Federal Reserve Bank on the FRY 7 Q filing

·         Maintain established contacts with regulators to clarify reporting issues and monitor future changes.

·         Coordinate with internal audit and, or Compliance, the examinations of reports by Federal and State regulators.

·         Prepare responses to comments made by Federal, State and internal auditors.

·         Provide regulatory guidance to other Credit Agricole Branches as required.

·         Participate in the development of new products to determine the regulatory impact.

·         Provide input to other departments in the bank on the reporting impact of proposed or existing transactions.

·         Prepare written memorandum on topics of concern related to regulatory reporting for Credit Agricole management.

·         Define and prioritize the technology related needs of the regulatory reporting department.

·         Establish reporting procedures and compliance with revised and/or newly required regulatory reports.

 

Salary:

$120,000 to $150,000
