Summary
This position is responsible for users IT support and IT infrastructure management.
Under that role the individual will be providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting any difficulties they may face with the support of the various regional teams.
He or She will also be managing infrastructures and ensure the reliability and performance of our platform
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Helpdesk Support such as troubleshooting the issues of workstations and user applications
and other desktop equipment
2. Install/configure all IT equipment and managing IT inventories
3. Follow-up IT procurement and managing invoices
4. Managing application access right and profiles
5. Managing IT infrastructure equipment such as server, backup, network and telecom equipment
6. Good documentation of processes and incidents
7. Coordination and follow-up on regional and local projects
8. Assisting on BCP and IT security matters
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
1. 5 years or more experience in IT will be preferrable.
2. Experience with or knowledge of Windows server technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures and network solutions
1. Basic skills on development (Excel VBA, Powershell, PowerBI and etc)
