Job summary

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a multicultural team of bankers who provide the US subsidiaries of the firm’s core international clients with a full range of corporate finance solutions;
  • As Senior Banker, directly cover a portfolio of MNC clients in the US;
  • Coordinate an efficient sharing of client knowledge and good practices among MNC Bankers in the Americas; 
  • Work in close coordination with Senior Bankers worldwide to ensure their clients’ local coverage and contribute to the global relationships;
  • Be a trusted partner of CEOs and CFOs of local subsidiaries, to gather and share strategic client information to originate cross border M&A situations with GIB teams;
  • Identify client’s needs and works with all local product lines in the US to deliver value to the clients;
  • Manage detailed commercial action plans with a systematic approach of all opportunities;
  • Establish budgets for US subsidiaries of key clients worldwide in line with Senior Bankers’ commercial strategy;
  • Coordinate with SCO and Senior Bankers per country regular detailed business opportunities reviews for each coridor;
  • Be a reference to American Bankers covering US clients to help them sell the international network to their clients;
  • Manage locally the Mid Cap team (PAI) who is coordinating with partner banks to deliver services that CA-CIB can’t provide locally to North American entities of French and Italian Mid Cap and start-ups. PAI also bring business opportunities to CRCA/LCL and the group with US start-ups growing in France or Italy;  
  • Mentor and develop junior staff.
     
  • The MNC Coverage team manages a portfolio of close to 150 names with half being active clients. The portfolio of business is very divers with a combination of small transactions and large more independents clients;
  • The MNC Coverage portfolio involves all products of the bank from Securitization, DOD, Project Finance, DCM, ITB, M&A, ECM...
  • The MNC NY Coverage team includes 5 MNC Bankers, 3 MNC Analysts, 2 PAI and 2 MNC Auto Bankers part of the Auto team in Chicago
