·       With more than 1000 talented staffs, our Singapore center (“ISAP” or “Information Systems Asia Pacific”) is the 2nd largest IT setup (after Paris Head Office)” for Crédit Agricole CIB's worldwide business. We work daily with international branches located in 30 markets by:
-      Envisioning and preparing the Bank’s futures information systems
-      Partnering and supporting core banking flagships and transverse areas in their large scale development projects.
-      Providing premium In-house Banking applications,
·       This unique positioning empowers us to bring our core banking business a sustainable competitive advantage on the market.

Directly reporting to the Head of ISAP, the head of CMS is fully in charge of the End-To-End Software Engineering practices delegated to him/her. These practices are organized by Business Lines (Transaction Banking, Cash Management Transformation, Regulatory Reporting,…), in various feature teams in charge of the different applications and projects of  the perimeter.

With 150-200 staffs, the department contribute to multiple strategic projects & programs of the bank ranging from 1 to 200 MEuros multi-year budget. To do so, the department is developing multiple green-field innovative solutions based on state-of-the-art technological stacks as well as vendor solutions (COTS) when relevant.

 

Main responsibilities

·       Organize and prepare the Software Engineering capabilities according to the needs of the bank.

·       Create a sustainable and productive environment for the teams to be in the best level of performance while developing themselves.

·       Ensure the utmost level of quality of the deliverables produced by the department.

·       Manage the budget of the IT Business Line contribution as well as the department internal budget.

·       Implement the directives, ways of working and overall strategy of the bank inside the department.

·       Ensure a proper level of project management and software engineering according to the bank standards and in collaboration with Head of CMS.

·       Represent the department in front of the Business and IT Management in collaboration with the IT Business Line managers.

·       Ensure a continuous work on the improvement of the Ways Of Working, tooling, sourcing, training, coaching, methodology, software engineering, organization and governance of the department as well as Singapore Center as a whole.

·       Lead innovation within the department and contribute at Information Systems Asia Pacific-Singapore (ISAP) , at global Transaction Banking Services (TBS) and at global Information Services & Risk IT (ISR) level to the identification and adoption of new innovative technologies/practices and way of working.

Supplementary Information

Qualifications and Profile 

·       At least 20+ years of experience managing development teams.

·       Strong leadership with capacity to lead by influence.

·       People centric mindset with successful experiences of senior people development and coaching.

·       Capacity to attract and retain talents.

·       Excellent project/program management expertise (PMP, Prince2, SAFe or LeSS certifications are appreciated).

·       Experience in designing and delivering green and brown field projects.

·       Relevant experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering  approach.

·       Strong programming background (Java, .Net, Go, Rust, Node.JS, …) to influence the technology directions.

·       Hands-on design experience with APIs, microservices, UI/UX technologies, big data, cloud, API, etc.

·       Good domain knowledge of Transaction Banking, especially in Cash Management, Corporate and Corresdent Banking Payments, Liquidity Solutions and Cash management Information Reporting.

·       Good to have : Digital Assets, CBDCs and Stable coins implementation knowledge.

·       Strong curious mindset with lifelong learner approach.
