The Corporate IT (CIT) team is supported by its four main functions to ensure a compliant and secure delivery of its internal banking operations, data analytics reporting as well as the key delivery of innovative applications across Crédit Agricole CIB’s international network.
Tapping on emerging IT solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Data & Analytics, we are heavily investing in automated development and testing and collaborative design processes. Using lean methodologies to provide quality business value and route-to-market efficiency, the Crédit Agricole CIB’s CIT team is connected by intertwining cultures of diverse backgrounds, boasting a team of 120 Finance & Tech change-makers – consisting of tech leads, project managers, business analysts, data experts and developers from all walks of life.
Main Responsibilities
In a challenging and multicultural environment, as a Junior Software Engineer within the CIT team, this is an exciting opportunity for a talented team-player to join a technology team that is responsible of a portfolio of solutions for various business lines of the bank (Risk, Finance, Compliance, Market Risk, Trade Finance, Operations …).
Leveraging on a modern technical stack, our team builds a wide range of solutions, fulfilling advanced analytics requirements with a focus on performance and reliability.
The scope of responsibilities includes:
· Interact closely with creative project teams for the development of responsive apps using .Net, .Net Core & other front end frameworks (Bootstrap, ReactJS, JQuery...)
· Work alongside senior devs and leads to contribute in architecture / design discussions, participate in system impact analysis and effort estimations.
· Translate design ideas into clean and reliable code that is easy to comprehend
· Strong MS-SQL development (currently SQL Server 2016 & SQL Server 2019)
· Enjoy problem solving - Ensuring an "efficient support & maintenance" of applications in production - analyze and resolve issues as they arise, improve & refactor!
· Strong accountability & ownership with an ability to deliver the highest quality of work meeting business requirements.
The activity provided will have to comply with the Credit Agricole CIB Policy.
