Job summary

Based in London and sitting within the Global Markets Division (GMD)/COO Office, you will join the COO team which oversees transversal functions across the division. More specifically, in your role as Clearing Analyst, you will assist the Senior Clearing Coordinator in:

 

•  Coordinating all Clearing-related activities across OTC derivatives, Listed Derivatives (ETD) and Repos

•  Tracking and implementing regulatory changes related to Clearing obligations in Europe, the US and in Asia

• Implementing new frameworks and processes to comply with regulatory requirements

•  Assessing Clearing impact of Transversal projects

•  Producing reports on Clearing activities

•  Managing relationship with major European CCPs/Exchanges and Clearing Brokers

•  Contributing to Scarce Resources planning (RWA optimisation /Balance Sheet management)

•  Contributing to collateral management pertaining to Clearing activities in collaboration with the relevant team

•  Coordinating participation in Firedrill exercises as well as responses to CCP Due Diligence questionnaires

•  Driving the implementation of additional CCP initiatives

•  Onboarding new CCPs

•  Acting as Business Project Manager for Clearing IT projects

Minimal education level

Good understanding of international capital markets and financial products

Experience
