Summary of the team and the role
· The Capital Markets electronic offering is a means to deliver the commercial and product strategy to its clients and enhance the depth and breadth of commercial relationships. In this context, the eSales team is a specialised, strategy and client-centric team, supporting the bank’s distribution strategy in its electronic dimension.
The key responsibilities of the team are:
a. Understand clients’ needs and evolving trading strategies to guide the bank’s distribution strategy
b. Partner with internal and external clients to solve problems and contribute to growth generation
c. Lead change management efforts across the bank to extract value from market electronification
The role is based in London and you will benefit from a strong exposure to commercial and transversal initiatives and will work closely with Sales and Trading teams across products to develop client analytics, expand our client relationships and implement and track action plans to boost our electronic franchise. You will also have the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in data science and data analytics in a practical way.
Your Key Responsibilities
· Be an internal contact point for global eSales analytics and work alongside incumbent internal stakeholders (Sales, Trading) teams to generate relevant metrics and information to adequately steer our business
· Contribute to the automation of client-related enablement processes to minimise time to market
· Pursue the development of automatic reporting capabilities based on internal feedback across products
· Contribute to the timely preparation of reporting packs and prepare first-level business analysis
· Assist in any ad hoc projects linked to electronic business management

The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- be studying any undergraduate degree, in the penultimate year, that allows you to do a placement year
- be available for full 12 months
- be available to start on 22 June 2026
