Job summary
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Private Capital Coverage and other members of the Asian and global coverage network in fulfilling client relationship management, deal opportunity identification, data analysis, presentation preparation and internal reporting duties.
The ideal candidate should complete their graduation requirements by May 2025 and is available to start the position from June 2025. Trainee program is one year to begin with and possible for extension up to 2 years in total, subject to performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the KYC onboarding and maintenance process for PCG clients
• Conduct company and sector research of the portfolios of investment funds and/or potentials targets of the funds
• Conduct screening of M&A, financing angles of the researched companies
• Monitor investment fund activities and personal changes
• Draft marketing materials, and prepare proposals to prospective clients
• Preparing internal reporting materials and presentations to management and other stake holders
• Work closely with global team members on various tasks in relation to business origination
• General assistance (as directed from time to time) in all commercial, marketing, execution and reporting / budgeting functions
• Other ad hoc tasks as necessary
