Key functions & responsibilities
Release SWIFT messages for FCY payments of FX/MM transactions and validate trade booking/accounting entries.
Execute TWD payments in CBC RTGS.
Make daily CBC FX position report and monthly regulatory reports.
Process settlement of FCY Securities transactions (REPO/REVERSE REPO) and submit trade report to the authority duly.
Manage counterparty’s static data / SSI in BO system.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in trade settlement/accounting entries.
Participate in projects, communicate with stakeholders and conduct UAT.
Assists in other tasks assigned by Section chief of FX & Treasury / Head of OPC-CMO.
Bachelor's degree or above
Qualification required
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in CMO
Possess knowledge of FX/MM products and good understanding of local regulations governing FX banking business.
Familiar with MX formats of CBPR+ swift messages, particularly in types of customer payments and FI transfers.
License for Securities Specialist / Bills Finance Specialist.
Capable of independent thinking, problem-solving and managing multiple tasks under tight timeline.
Proficient in MS Office ( e.g. Excel Function) and good command in written and spoken English.
