· Responsible for preparing “Vanilla” and “Structured” Islamic confirmation and process Islamic Banking activities in accordance with Master Agreement with Counterparties mainly for products like Murabaha, Reverse Murabaha, FX Forward, Profit Rate Swap, CCS, etc.
· Responsible for daily settlement of Dubai transactions mainly FXMM transactions, CD, CP, Derivatives/structured products and other treasury products as assigned.
· Deal checking against trade supporting and liaise with FO, broker and external counterparty for any trade discrepancy.
· Provide daily Nostro projection to Front Office.
· Perform Trade Management functions on Islamic Structured transactions
· Prepare/verifying payments, confirmations, funds transfer, journal entries posting and manual deals booking.
· Provide management with information on unusual booking and settlement matters.
· Ensure deal booking, payments and confirmations are in compliance with local regulations and the internal policy.
· Initiate client contact on trade settlement matters and handle enquiry where necessary.
· Handle daily reporting for internal control.
· Undertake ad hoc tasks and special assignments, when required.
· Act as a backup for the processing of vanilla and structured Islamic transactions in accordance with Shariah requirements.
· Interact with Front, Middle and Back Offices to ensure accurate trade capture and settlement.
· Handle Shariah, Internal and External Audit
Degree preferably in Finance / Economics / Business
6 years of experience in a Capital Market Back-Office in processing Islamic Banking products and FXMM settlement
