You will join Credit Agricole CIB Spain. You will assist the Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR) team in all their activities, notably related to Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Corporate, TMT and Leveraged loan distribution, which include : - Support in the preparation of DAR syndication opinions (including pricing and structuring) with focus on transactions with a nexus to Spanish-speaking countries - Comparable transaction tables by relevant sector and liquidity analysis - Completion of closing memos in a timely manner - Assist with various Powerpoint presentations in connection with pitches and market updates - Assist with Excel spreadsheets reports and databases - Use Debtdomain database when inviting banks into a transaction or for reporting/search purposes - Update comparable files - Support the team in preparing bank meetings & complete call reports - Assist in conducting market research and present market update - Support coordinating the development and monitoring of the Spanish investor base, especially with a focus on non-bank investors, and exploring new opportunities - Coordination with all business lines involved - Assist in internal reporting analysis and management of Diamond. You will interact closely with the various CACIB origination teams (CLF & ERA), with the loan investor base and with the rest of the loan Distribution team in both a “syndicate” and distribution/sales function. You will join the Project Finance team at Credit Agricole CIB Australia in Sydney as a structured Finance Analyst . The Project Finance team in Australia operates with the Energy & Infrastructure Group (EIG) of Crédit Agricole CIB. The EIG group provides debt arrangement and advisory services in support of project financings and acquisition financings in the global energy and infrastructure sectors. Main responsibilities Assist the Head of EIG in the Sydney office. Assist Deal Team Leaders and other team members in preparing marketing documents, research and industry papers. Assist Deal Team Leaders and other team members in the execution of project finance and acquisition finance transaction Assist with portfolio administration, and preparation of internal reports. Main duties Development and review of cash flow models. Preparation of project economics reports for inclusion in credit submissions. Assist with due diligence and project execution. Review project documentation in conjunction with the Deal Director. Prepare pitch books in conjunction with Directors. Undertake KYC submissions. Operate internal IT applications for the onboarding of lending transactions (eg: credit rating, return on equity, KYC). Prepare internal reports as required. Responsible for cash flow modelling, Project Economic analysis, proposal preparation, due diligence and marketing presentations in support of the Energy & Infrastructure Group (“EIG”)/ PF team. Prepare and manage internal reporting and systems. Main responsibilities: Develop an understanding of borrowers / projects, and their main cash flow drivers. Develop and run cash flow analysis for borrowers under the EIG team’s remit, including PF, Corporate Infrastructure, Core Plus Infrastructure, etc. Analyse and prepare project economics reports for inclusion in credit submissions. Assist deal Directors in preparing marketing documents, research and industry papers. Review and contribute to the due diligence process, and confirm the model accurately reflects the due diligence. Draft credit papers in conjunction with the deal Director and assist in the documentation process. Assist with portfolio administration, and preparation of internal reports. Assist with KYC processes. Processing Confidentiality Agreements. Main duties: Development and review of cash flow models; Preparation of project economics reports for inclusion in credit submissions. Prepare and analyse appropriate project sensitivities. Assist with due diligence and project execution. Review project documentation in conjunction with the deal Director. Prepare pitch books in conjunction with Directors; complete KYC; Equator principals, credit ratings and enter transactions into internal systems. Prepare internal reports as required.
