You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Hong-Kong as a Project Manager. You will be part of the Organization Team, which is in charge of a wide range of transversal tasks in the bank. It is a project-based team covering transversal projects, innovation strategy and implementation, workflow optimization, core banking system enhancement, business continuity, IT security user coordination, etc. The Organization Department reports directly to the APAC & Hong Kong Chief Operating Officer. You will support the senior Project Managers in the team on various topics. Your concrete missions will be the following: Project management: project governance, business analysis, solutions, documentation, communication with stakeholders. coordinate with the regional stakeholders to implement the solution for APAC, closely working with HO project team to implement the solution in the region or in the branch ; Assist BCP and ISS topics ; You will need to get familiar with tools, systems and processes we are using internally ; Provide solutions to Internal Clients ; Bring innovative ideas to optimize the bank workflows and reduce the bank risk ; Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Organization Manager or COO. You will be part of the Global IT department (GIT) brings together all the IT departments in charge of developing and running Crédit Agricole CIB and Credit Agricole S.A.'s IT system and technological infrastructure. CMI is seeking a Junior FO Application Developer to join the Asia RAD team as a V.I.E in Hong-Kong. The role of this team is to efficiently and quickly bring technical solution to our GDM trading desks and help them to achieve short to medium-term business goals. You will therefore contribute to the broader digital transformation agenda while building or enhancing innovative and resilient tools for the Front Office. Your concrete missions will be the following: Technical SME: Closely engage with GMD Traders in Hong-Kong to understand their day to day needs and business development plans to proactively propose automation solution and existing tools/processes enhancement to increase efficiency ; Agile Developer: Manage the full IT delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering to production live support including solution design and implementation following IT best practices and guidelines for safe and reliable systems ; FO first line of support: Answer business urgent support requests in a timely manner ; Strategic Thinker: Work closely with Asia peers and the central team in Europe to further consolidate the FO technical environment in a simple, cohesive and efficient platform ; Technology Adoption: Integrate AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot in every aspect of your daily work to enhance development speed, business safety and deliveries quality. You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Hong-Kong as a Sales in the Global Market Division (GMD). You will provide coverage for all Taiwanese and Hong Kong-based entities of Taiwanese clients across equity trades and cross-asset trades for the distribution business. You may occasionally assist with the Hong Kong PB business. Your concrete missions will be the following: Sales coverage in Hong Kong, consisting in selling and executing trades: Equity flow and X-Asset non-flow products for distribution business: Banks Securities Private Banks EAMs FOs / MFOs Correspond with clients :to offer products to receive price requests to execute trades to prepare and exchange relevant documents for proper and fit business Contribute to market investigation/analysis about above mentioned markets to help future expansion plan ; Prepare Marketing materiel for internal purpose and for client product pitch ; Prepare ad hoc reports to improve desk efficiency and help steering commercial strategy ; Participate when required to the development of the platform and liaise with relevant stakeholders (IT, Business Analysts…).
