Main responsibilities

As Business Analyst, you will be leading and contributing to projects related the maintenance and enhancement of the solution in collaboration with the business users, the developers and the IT support. This will cover the whole cycle from requirement gathering, specifications and testing until the delivery to production including the following responsibilities:

·       Lead workshop with business lines contacts for clarification and understanding of requirements.
·       Analyze functional impacts considering technical constraints with technical lead’s help
·       Prepare and present functional aspects of changes/evolutions to developers
·       Support the technical development team in any functional aspects.
·       Organize and keep up to date detailed functional documentation
·       Develop tests strategy in coordination with project manager / Business Analysts
·       Conduct continuous testing in development environment for development monitoring
·       Support and coordinate the User Acceptance Test
·       Analyze and/or solve functional problems in coordination with developers

Qualifications and Profile

Mandatory:
·       At least 12 years of experience as a business analyst in a financial organization
·       Exposure to the Capital Markets system Summit as a preference or similar such as Murex, Calypso, Sophis, Front Arena, Kondor, Opics...
·       Experience in Financial IRD products and Capital Market Back-Office environments with a focus on Settlement, Accounting, Regulatory, Reconciliation…
·       Thorough experience in functional testing and validation of development
·       Hands-on technical experience to be comfortable with Linux, scripting, data models and SQL

Good to have
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both team mates and management
·       Ability to convey clearly and concisely ideas in a concrete and coherent way.
·       Ability to easily communicate with multi-cultural team members
·       Experience in Back Office system (Summit, Calypso) or Front-Office or Market Risk
·       Usage of tools such as MS Office / Sharepoint /Project / Visio, Jira, GIT

Team &amp; Position
We are seeking a talented Application Developer to join our dynamic Capital Market Department!
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing features within a specific Delivery Team. You will be accountable for delivering solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, taking into account the principles of Agile development.
Capital Markets IT involves technology solutions and systems used in financial markets for trading, investment, and related activities. This includes electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, market risk, counterparty risk, algorithmic trading, data analytics, and Regulatory measures. The use of advanced technologies like API’s, artificial intelligence and cloud solutions are also becoming increasingly prevalent in capital markets to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.
Main Responsibilities

Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

Main duties details
As a hands-on Delivery Manager and Run Specialist Lead, you will be part of an international team focused on running and supporting the bank’s FX and Money market Platform developed around Calypso, a software package from Nasdaq, and in-house solutions. Oversee and Supports the team on achieving its objectives on both development delivery of software systems and its production stability within the organization unit

Summary of the position/scope of work:

The Head of Workplace service will be responsible for managing two team in Singapore and India 

·   Unified Communication Services:  Exchange platforms, corporate Mobile, Real Time Communication and its ecosystem

She/he will

Scope of duties:

The Head of Workplace Service is responsible for

Perform price reasonable checks on commodity goods

Act as a liaison officer liaising with the processing center and coordinate with internal and external client related to all trade related transaction


Main Responsibilities

Ensure Back-Office processing of transactions and manage Operational risk


(a)   within acceptable technical risks and in compliance with bank’s rules and operation procedures
(b)   in conformity with conditions of transaction details
(c)   timely and accurately in relevant systems with correct data and posting of entries to P&amp;L accounts
(d)   timely and accurately in all life events including payment, funding and resolution of suspense items

Main Responsibilities Details
First check and/or counter-check import/export LC documents according to UCP600
Review customer applications and clarify with customers on ambiguous terms, if any
Ensure transactions are processed in conformity with transaction details
Monitor payment/acceptance of import/export bills and ensure notice of refusal are sent within time allowed as per documentation
Ensure data and accounting entry input into BO system are accurate
Perform compliance check and vessel screening
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer.
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Summary
The Information Technology Risk Office (ITRO), within Risk Management and Control (RMC), is responsible for the end to end execution, coordination, challenge, and continuous enhancement of ICT risk management in alignment with Group standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
The Head of IT Risk Officer for APAC-ME will directly report to the Regional Head of Risk Management and control department and functionally report to Head of IT Risk Officer Head office. He will work in close relationship with him and follow the same standard and process.
Key Responsibilities
1.     ICT Risk Strategy &amp; Governance
·         Contribute to Group and Regional ICT risk management by monitoring and reporting ICT risk levels across local and regional information systems and processes
·         Prepare ICT risk reporting for management and governance bodies. Provide a local vision for ICT risk deliverables, reflecting regional IT environments and operational realities. 
·         Support alignment of ICT risks with business strategy and risk appetite
2.     ICT Risk Identification, Assessment &amp; Monitoring
·         Perform and coordinate:
o    Annual ICT risk assessments
o    IT Risk Self‑Assessments (IT Radar)
·         Ensure full coverage of all nine ICT risk domains
·         Monitor emerging ICT risks related to technology evolution, operational changes, suppliers, or incidents
·         Identify early indications of material risks or potential risk appetite breaches
3.     Regulatory Watch, Interpretation &amp; Gap Identification
·         Perform regulatory watch on ICT‑related regulations and supervisory expectations (e.g. MAS TRM, HKMA)
·         Analyse regulatory requirements and identify gaps against existing ICT risk practices
·         Propose remediation actions and coordinate follow‑up with stakeholders
·         Translate regulatory expectations into operational and technical ICT risk considerations for management
4.     ICT Risk Controls &amp; Internal Control System (LoD 2.1)
·         Identify and maintain local owners for each ICT risk type
·         Establish, maintain, and execute Level 2.1 ICT risk controls

Position

Summary of the position
Processing/validate SG/HK/AUS trade commodities transactions (import letter of credit issuance, financing, guarantee issuance, export letter of credit advising, payment)
Vetting of LC text and assist client in any queries related to their transactions
Perform document checking for both import/export LC documents
Perform price reasonable checks on commodity goods
Acting as a liaison officer liaising with the processing center and coordinate with internal and external client related to all trade related transactions

Main responsibilities
Ensure Back-Office processing of transactions and manage Operational risk
(a) within acceptable technical risks and in compliance with bank’s rules and operation procedures
(b) in conformity with conditions of transaction details
(c) timely and accurately in relevant systems with correct data and posting of entries to P&amp;L accounts
(d) timely and accurately in all life events including payment, funding and resolution of suspense items
Provide good customer services by maintaining good relationship with external and internal parties
Business continuity

Main duties details
First check and/or counter-check import/export LC documents according to UCP600
Review customer applications and clarify with customers on ambiguous terms, if any
Ensure transactions are processed in conformity with transaction details
Monitor payment/acceptance of import/export bills and ensure notice of refusal are sent within time allowed as per documentation
Ensure data and accounting entry input into BO system are accurate
Perform compliance check and vessel screening

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer.

·         Sybase &amp; PostgreSQL  Expert is a technical expert role within the Database  team and will be responsible for managing, administration and supporting the Sybase &amp; PostgreSQL Database technologies for the bank. 
·         He/She will be the technical point of contact for the Run team. 
·         He/She will be a technical L3 resource for Sybase &amp; PostgreSQL database services in CA-CIB. As such, he/she will provide support for all production support activities within the Database team in Singapore.
