Summary
- The Capital Markets electronic offering is a means to deliver the commercial and product strategy to its clients and enhance the depth and breadth of commercial relationships. In this context, the eSales team is a specialised, strategy and client-centric team, supporting the bank’s distribution strategy in its electronic dimension.
- The key responsibilities of the team are:
- Understand clients’ needs and evolving trading strategies to guide the bank’s distribution strategy
- Partner with internal and external clients to solve problems and contribute to growth generation
- Lead change management efforts across the bank to extract value from market electronification
- The candidate, based in London, will benefit from a strong exposure to commercial and transversal initiatives and will work closely with Sales and Trading teams across products to develop client analytics, expand our client relationships and implement and track action plans to boost our electronic franchise.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the key internal contact point for eSales analytics and work alongside internal stakeholders (Sales, Trading) teams to generate relevant metrics and information to adequately steer our business
- Contribute to the client outreach alongside Sales and eSales to understand clients’ expectations, trading styles and the electronic workflows they use
- Pursue the development of automatic reporting capabilities based on internal feedback
- Contribute to the timely preparation of reporting packs and prepare first-level business analysis
- Assist in any ad hoc projects linked to electronic business management
Degree preferably in a Business or Scientific subject
